The Blue Ridge Apartment Council ("BRAC"), a non-profit
organization, is the largest association of rental property owners
in the Charlottesville, Virginia area.
Members are committed to providing excellent
housing opportunities for students and townspeople alike. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law.

Our 92 Property Managers represent over 10,600 apartments,
houses, townhouses, and other properties in the Charlottesville area.
We also have a network of 49 Associate Members who offer services
ranging from renters insurance to internet access.
This website is one of the first places prospective renters look when
locating in Charlottesville, receiving hundreds of visitors every day.
In addition to excellent website exposure, membership in
BRAC has benefits including quarterly luncheons, seminars, and other
helpful information. Annual cost is very reasonable - even for a single
unit owner.
